Prescription Policy

When you shop for medicines online, always make sure to have a valid prescription. To avoid any problems, we recommend following the guidelines: –
If you want to order a medicine from us, you will need to send us a copy of your prescription. Prescription should be written by a qualified doctor in English.
If you don’t send us your prescription within 15 days of ordering it, your order will be canceled.
Our customer care executives may call you to help resolve any doubts regarding your prescription.

Shipping Terms

We offer two shipping methods: Registered Air Mail and EMS (Express Mail Service). The processing time for an order is 48 hours after we receive it. We try to ship your order as soon as possible, but sometimes things happen that slow down the process. If you order during the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday.

EMS Delivery

EMS (express mail service) lets you send packages to 190 countries around the world. If you choose EMS delivery, you’ll be given a tracking number so you can track your package online. EMS delivery time is a maximum of 10 days, plus order processing time but can sometimes take up to 15 days. Your order tracking number will start working in 3-4 business days. If your tracking number doesn’t work in the next 4 business days, we will send your package again for free.
Registered Air Mail delivery

The Air Mail delivery time is a maximum of 21 days from the time your order is placed. The Air Mail tracking number starts working when we receive your order, or when there has been an attempt to deliver your item. Once your package has been sent, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can see where it is. If you didn’t receive your package within 21 days we will reship your order for free.
Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so, but only if your order hasn’t been approved yet. To cancel your order, you should send us a message through the Contact Us form or e-mail and explain why you want to cancel. If the order has been already approved or shipped, we cannot accept order cancellation.
Refund and returns

We understand that sometimes people make purchases that don’t match their needs. If you have placed an order that you later decide you don’t want, or if something goes wrong with the product, you can return it within 14 days. However, the product should be in the same condition as when you received it.
